If Elizabeth Moffett weren’t a CPA, she might be acting and directing on stage as she did in her teens and twenties. Her love for the arts led to nine years in arts management before she transitioned to accounting, where she has more than 20 years of experience. Her strong background in management, financial advisory, and accounting support services is a gift to her clients—doctors, attorneys, architects, small government contractors, and not-for-profit organizations. While her clients can appreciate her accounting expertise as a partner at BSB, they are probably not aware of her secret talent of making caramel candy.
As a lifelong arts enthusiast, Elizabeth lent her talents to the ArtsFairfax, where she served for several years as a board member and member of the finance committee. She is committed to community involvement and has served on several other boards. She also finds time for one of her favorite hobbies—traveling. Her love for traveling probably stems from her multiple generations of family military ties. She also enjoys gardening, quilting, or hiking forgotten pathways around the world.
