CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR STAFF!!

Lynn Gabriel has now earned the Enrolled Agent certification. This status permits the individual to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service, and is the highest credential awarded by the IRS.  Lynn had to pass a stringent 3-part examination covering individual and business tax returns, and must continue to adhere to strict ethical standards and complete 72 hours of continuing education every three years.  Our firm is proud to have Lynn as a member of our staff.

This year's "Super CPA" contest run by Virginia Business Magazine has recognized the best of the CPA profession as recognized by their peers.  Of the 300 state-wide winners among the 7000 CPAS in the state of Virginia, FOURof the winners are on the staff at Burdette Smith & Bish LLC.
